If you’ve checked the docs and still can’t find an answer, email us at support@build.io

We aim to respond to all support requests within two (2) business days. To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include the following in your message:

  • App name — the name of the app in your Build.io dashboard
  • What you expected to happen — a brief description of the intended behaviour
  • What actually happened — the error message, unexpected output, or behaviour you observed
  • Steps to reproduce — if applicable, a short sequence of steps that reliably triggers the issue
  • Logs — any relevant build or runtime logs from your dashboard

What we can help with: platform issues, deployment failures, configuration questions, billing, and account management.

What’s outside our scope: debugging application-level code, third-party service integrations, or issues with your own infrastructure outside of Build.io.
